    I love fall too. Your pictures have wonderful color. Look forward to more. So what is your chicken stock recipe,what herbs do you use?

  2. Thank you for your comments, Patricia G. I think that Fall is the favorite season of many. My stock really dose not have a recipe, because it can vary so much according to the ingredients you have on hand, and what is in season. For the stock that I referred to in the post, I used carrots, garlic, onions, mushrooms, a cob of corn, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, pepper corns, and celery seed. I simmered these together for 9 hours, then strained through doubled cheese cloth, poured into freezer containers and froze. The best pointers I have is to say don't peel you vegetables, and don't let it boil. More pictures coming soon.
